I don't know abt Latern Festival, but if you mean "Lantern" Festival, it isn't in January. :/
Anyway yesterday was the last day of CNY, here in Singapore at least. Commonly known (in Hokkien) as "Chap Goh Meh". That's Shi Wu Ye / Fifteenth Night / femtonde kväll? to you. And yeah I think those tang yuan were supposedly eaten.

Yeah I heard you guys are going to the U2 concert again. It would be very cool to join in... I missed out the last time.
I'm not sure what I will do this summer. Maybe I'll take my exams after the summer. But I really don't have the same reasons to go home this summer as I had last. Would be great to see you guys again and being home during the summer ain't that bad. I miss the Swedish summer. I know I'm not going to miss the summer here (burning, sweating hot).
I'll think about it. :)
Oh whatever, Lantern Festival isn't in Jan or February. Lantern Festival is also known as Mooncake Festival.. if you remember.

Do you have one? Colombia seems to be a very beautiful place with warm and friendly people. I hope to go there some day and resurrect my Spanish skills.
mooncake is for mid-autumn (lunar august) and lantern for mid-spring (lunar january):P

Singaporean-Chinese culture has really morphed. I swear that the Lantern and Mooncake festivals are synonymous.
