I'm a Swedish guy that has lived two years in Beijing and spend 4,5 year working and studying in Asia. This blog is about that time and also about getting back. This blog has been about letting friends and family know what I'm up to. Perhaps even get to know me a little better.

Looks very tasty. Luckily we have a "real" chinese restaurant here in Freiburg (Germany) - so at least I can have some decent Jiaozi once in a while :)
I have "Shou bu liao le", I'm drooling watching the food on the table, without having breakfast this morning, I'v been starving like a hungry wolf, gonna go to a Ugyl resteraunt for lunch!

Man... you're living it up.
Xinjiang stuff is really good for a change when you are sick and tired of the normal oily stuff. Have it with a couple of beers and you are set for a good evening! :)
