The food in the first two images looks like the german Maultasche, hm, I don't know the english word. Maybe somthing like swabian pockets? ;-)
yes, it's kinda similar. they're called jiaozi. usually you eat it with a sauce made from vinegar, soy sauce and chili. tastyyyy... ^^
